Residential Complex – Viale Gramsci

The building complex located on Viale Gramsci NC.1-11 consists of 4 residential blocks built on land granted under surface rights in the PEEP of the Municipality of Dicomano.

The project involved the energy retrofit of the building with access to Superbonus incentives.
The energy improvement works included: interventions on the common areas of the Super condominium and specific interventions relating to individual properties.

Regarding the condominium interventions, insulation of the building envelope was planned with a new external thermal insulation system.
In parallel, the installation of a 20 kWp photovoltaic system and 40 kWh storage system connected to the POD of the heating plant was planned, along with window and door replacement for individual units.
