Residential Complex – VIA PARINI

The residential complex located in Via Parini, in the municipality of Sesto Fiorentino, consists of six residential blocks developed over four above-ground floors, with a total residential area of approximately 16,000 sqm.

The project involved the energy retrofit of the buildings through the Italian Superbonus incentive scheme. The energy improvement measures included interventions on the common parts of the buildings as well as specific works on the individual residential units.

The condominium interventions included the thermal insulation of the building envelope through a new external insulation system. In parallel, a photovoltaic system with energy storage was installed for each block, together with the replacement of window frames and heating generators in the individual residential units.
