RENAISSANCE HOTEL

A small hidden gem in the heart of the historic centre of Florence, located within a historic building dating back to the 1300s.

Three key actions guided the hotel renovation: Rediscover, Enhance, Adapt.

The project rediscovered the value of previous restorations, enhancing them with appropriate finishes and adapting the hotel to modern functional requirements, including fire safety, structural upgrades, building systems (MEP) and sanitary regulations. At the same time, the intervention introduced contemporary comforts, including a private SPA area.

The project involved the functional reorganization of the interior spaces, sanitary upgrades, fire prevention measures, workplace safety improvements, new furnishings, modifications to structural and non-structural vertical elements, and the installation of new MEP systems.
