HOTEL MONTEBELLO SPLENDID – 5 STARS

The design concept behind the intervention focused on renewing, transforming and enhancing the entire hotel complex located in Florence, through architectural solutions aimed at improving both the building’s elements and the overall functionality of the five-star hotel.

The project included the expansion of the existing structural framework, a complete functional reorganization of both internal and external spaces, the construction of a new underground garage and the upgrading of the building to current regulatory standards.
The intervention also involved sanitary and fire safety upgrades, workplace safety improvements, new furnishings, modifications to structural and non-structural vertical elements, and the installation of new MEP systems (mechanical, electrical and plumbing).
The project combines architectural renewal and technological innovation in order to elevate the standards of comfort, elegance and functionality expected of a luxury hospitality environment.
