HOTEL PIERRE – 4 STARS

The hotel is located within the neo-Renaissance Palazzo Rossi Canevari, in Via Calimala in the historic centre of Florence. 1.
The building features stylistic and morphological characteristics typical of bourgeois Florentine architecture and was constructed on the former houses of the Cavalcanti and Malatesti families, according to the neo-Renaissance design of engineer Enrico Carcasson.

The first intervention involved the renovation of the existing hotel through the integration and change of use of internal spaces previously used as offices on the third floor of Via Calimala. 1.

A second phase of the project included the architectural design, interior design, construction management and the acquisition of all administrative permits necessary for the expansion of the hotel and the creation of four new luxury suites. The suites were designed in accordance with the classic style of the hotel interiors, providing high standards of comfort, including the installation of private spa areas within the bathrooms. The expansion project was also developed in compliance with fire safety regulations.
