HOTEL MONTREAL – 3 STARS

The project involved the renovation of the hospitality structure through the integration and change of use of internal spaces previously used as laboratories on the ground floor, together with sanitary upgrades, new technological systems, workplace safety improvements and new furnishings.

The intervention also allowed the expansion of the common areas, including the construction of a new roof structure with exposed wooden beams and skylights that provide natural light to the breakfast room.

The interior design combines elegant and classic rooms with more eclectic common areas inspired by vintage elements, carefully curated through the selection of individual furnishings chosen directly by the property.
