HOTEL MEDICI – 2 stars

Located in the heart of Florence’s historic center, just a few meters from the Duomo, Hotel Medici is a hospitality building with a long-standing tradition.

Over the years, Studio Unidea has overseen several redesign and interior restyling interventions, redefining the common areas and guest rooms to improve functionality and spatial quality.

The studio also developed the fire safety design for the entire building and managed the planning and administrative procedures related to the hospitality activity, ensuring regulatory compliance and coordination with the relevant authorities.
