CASA DELLA COMUNITÀ LONGARE

The project concerns the executive design for the renovation and extension of a 16th-century barchessa in the municipality of Longare, intended to host the new Community Health Center funded through the PNRR program.

The building, protected under heritage regulations, required particular attention during the restoration phases, with interventions aimed at preserving the original architectural elements and integrating them with the new healthcare and social functions.

The extension works were designed to integrate discreetly into the historic complex, using simple geometries and compatible materials to ensure a balance between preservation and functional adaptation.

The entire executive project was developed within a BIM environment, used for multidisciplinary coordination, clash detection management and the control of quantities and costs.
Studio Unidea acted as a specialist technical consultant for Hydea SpA, developing the executive architectural design and coordinating the overall design team.
