Via dell’Albero Residential Building
The residential building in Via dell’Albero is located in the heart of Florence’s historic center, within the UNESCO heritage area, close to Santa Maria Novella railway station.
The project involved the complete restoration and refurbishment of the building facades and roof, including seismic and energy efficiency improvements.
Particular attention was given to the design of technological and architectural solutions that harmonize with the historic context, preserving the characteristic architectural features of the area.
