HOTEL CROCINI – 4 STARS

The project involves the creation of a new 24-room, four-star hotel within an existing building of architectural merit in Florence. The design strikes a balance between contemporary identity, guest comfort and the enhancement of the existing setting.

The guest rooms are conceived as welcoming, functional spaces, each with its own distinctive character. Arched geometries, bespoke furnishings, mirrored surfaces and warm tones define the interiors, while metal accents and integrated lighting contribute to a refined and cohesive atmosphere.

Studio Unidea provides an integrated service encompassing interior design, construction supervision and the management of administrative permits, ensuring continuity from the initial concept and technical development through to on-site delivery.
