Architectural design, hospitality and construction management
Founder of Studio Unidea in 1980, he has over forty years of experience in the design, refurbishment and construction management of existing and listed buildings, hospitality properties and food and beverage venues.
He brings an in-depth knowledge of planning, building and administrative procedures, as well as the challenges associated with the construction phase. He is a technical consultant to Federalberghi Firenze.
Interior design, hospitality and creative direction
A building engineer and interior designer, she develops projects for hotels, hospitality properties, restaurants and private residences, overseeing every stage from concept through to completion.
She combines design sensitivity with engineering expertise to create distinctive, functional and buildable spaces, carefully considering spatial layouts, materials, bespoke furniture, lighting and detailing.
She holds a First-Level Master’s Degree in Interior Design from the University of Florence. She is a certified fire safety professional and health and safety coordinator, with experience in statutory approval procedures and construction management.
Project management, integrated design and BIM coordination
A building engineer specialising in the management and coordination of complex, multidisciplinary projects.
He oversees the entire design and delivery process, coordinating the work of specialist consultants and ensuring that objectives, decisions, programme, costs and quality remain aligned. He has extensive experience in detailed architectural design, construction systems technology and project development using BIM methodology.
He is an adjunct lecturer and academic subject expert in Architectural Technology at the School of Engineering, University of Florence.
